So. Probably going to the emotion page will help most if you are sick, BUT, our first advice is:
Picture Yourself WELL and Healthy. Really FEEL well. Convince yourself you are well by saying, "I feel SO good! I am so happy I am well already! Do something that makes you happy. Do this as much as you can. Then, you will be well.
(Yes, it's that simple, but if you get a yucky feeling when you read the purple words above like "I need to be sick," go to the emotion page and learn!! I know it feels weird to admit we actually want to be sick sometimes...but we can help you find out why you feel this way. Once you "get it" you'll slowly start feeling better and better-it's the law of attraction! And yes, you're REAL strong and sparkly, but even YOU can't break a universal law!)
