Calm Your Mind.

 

Well, easier said than done, huh?  The BEST way to do this is to hyperfocus on something peaceful.

Try these steps:

Breathe in, hold the breath as long as you comfortably can, release the breath and push it further out and further out...repeat three times.

Now, Imagine your mind clear.  Picture your mind with total emptiness.  If that's too hard, put an ocean or landscape in there.   Any time an outside thought comes in, notice it, honor it (by bowing, saying namaste, or doing some little ritual), then send it away (in a bubble, balloon, boat, blast it with something...whatever works for you).

Say three times (and MEAN it FEEL it as much as you possibly can):

I understand my problem.  I see its gift.  I am SO happy and grateful now that ____________.

If you want, you can ask for a solution to come to you by 6pm or in a dream or anything that feels plausible to you. BUT, if you do this, you MUST be willing and ready to notice the solution and RECEIVE it when it comes, even if it seems weird, too hard, or crazy.  That's how this Website came about!!

Then, return to the state of emptiness of thought (because you can't fill a full bucket!), then open your eyes and FEEL GOOD.  Go do something that makes you giggle and let the UNIVERSE handle your problem's solution (trust me, it will!).
